BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1/3 cup oats
1 Ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk or reduced-fat milk
1/2 cup reduced-fat plain Greek-style yoghurt
1/2 teaspoons Honey
