Mango lassi is a tasting and refreshing treat for any time of the day. The sweet and tropical flavor of the fresh mango will instantly put you in a good mood. 1 1/2 cups chopped very ripe mango or frozen chopped mango.
1/2 Cup plain yogurt
1/2 Cup milk
1-2 Teaspoons honey or sugar (depending on your preference)
Put mango, yogurt, milk, honey and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Serve with ice.
The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
