It aids in good bone health, it reduces blood sugars, it is great for weight loss, it reduces hypertension (or high blood pressure), it has anti-inflammatory properties.
STRAWBERRY & SPINACH SMOOTHIE
Honestly not enough can be said about how good spinach is for you and how you should be eating it every day. As an additional little nutritional fact, in order to get the most out of the nutrients in your spinach, you should eat it with some vitamin C-rich foods. . Strawberries have a high amount of vitamin C in them, so you’ll have no problem getting all the health benefits from this smoothie.
The almond milk and banana bring a nice creaminess to the smoothie (as well as their own health-boosting properties) and the vanilla extract gives it that sweet boost.
