Baked Banana and Walnut Cake
1 pound (454 g) bananas, mashed
8 ounces (227 g) flour
6 ounces( 170 g) sugar
3.5 ounces (99 g) walnuts, chopped
2.5 ounces (71 g) butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter, egg, flour, and baking soda with a whisk. Stir in the bananas and walnuts.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Put the dish in the air fryer and bake at 355 F (179 C) for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 330 F( 166 C) and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.
