This Chicken skewers recipe is delicious and perfect for the summer. Try out this recipe, it will be your new favorite summer snack!
2 pound/ 900g chicken breast
1 Yellow and 1 Green Zucchini
1 Red and 1 Orange Bell Pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp dry herbs
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
12 soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers
First wash and cut all the vegatables in small bite-sizes, if possible all the same size.
Then cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces as well.
Take a large bowl and add the chicken and all the spices for the marinade. Mix well together.
Refrigerate the chicken for 30 minutes or 2 hours. Thread the chicken, zucchini and bell pepper on 12 large metal or wooden skewers.
Place the chicken on the preheated grill rack. Grill it covered over medium heat. Turn it a couple of times and grill it for 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
Serve it hot!
