Crispy Cheesy Macaroni Balls
2 cups leftover macaroni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup flour 1 cup bread crumbs
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
In а bowl, combine the leftover macaroni and shredded cheese.
Pour the flour in a separate bowl. Put the bread crumbs in a third bowl. Finally, in a fourth bowl, mix the eggs and milk with a whisk.
With an ice-cream scoop, create balls from the macaroni mixture. Coat them the flour, then in the egg mixture, and lastly in the bread crumbs.
Arrange the balls in the air fryer and air fry at 365ºF (185ºC) for about 10 minutes, giving them an occasional stir. Ensure they crisp up nicely.
