Herbed Turkey Slices
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (2-pound / 907-g) turkey breast
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Combine the herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
Combine the Dijon mustard and butter in a separate bowl. Stir to mix well.
Rub the turkey with the herb mixture on a clean work surface, then brush the turkey with Dijon mixture.
Arrange the turkey in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390ºF (199ºC) for 30 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the turkey breast reaches at least 165ºF (74ºC).
Transfer the cooked turkey breast on a large plate and slice to serve.
