Chickpeas 2 can, drained
Garlic 1 clove
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
First add the chickpease in the food processor with half of the water and pulse until smooth.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse again until smooth.
Serve with fresh vegatables like carrots, celery, cucumber and broccoli.
