Bruschetta is a summer appetizer in which you can switch up things up a bit according to your preference. In this recipe, I'm using fresh mango, avocado, tomatoes, basil, and onions. This recipe is a fun refreshing appetizer that is super-quick and easy to make. It is a perfect dish that you can enjoy at a barbeque. Just make this sweet bruschetta, and imagine you are relaxing at a beach site.
Bruschetta Easy Recipe
1 Large bread
1 Large ripe avocado
1 large ripe mango ·
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 small onion chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil diced
Salt and Pepper tor taste
For the bread
First preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Then, slice the bread into 1.5 inches/4 com slices and place on a baking sheet.
Brush the bread slices with olive oil mostly the edges, and then bake it for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
For the salad
In the meantime take a large bowl and chop all the veggies and fruits into bite sized pieces.
Then, add lime juice, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and set them aside.
Top each breat slice with 1.5 a spoon full of vegi-fruit salad. Then drizzle balsamic glaze over top of each slice for an even better taste.
